We are a small, family run Spanish Company based on the Costa Blanca, Spain. We specialise in assisting you to find the perfect business specifically to meet your requirements and budget. English and Spanish languages are spoken by our staff to ensure you understand what is being explained to you.

Once we have found a business for you, our staff will do all they can to ensure that your needs are fulfilled e.g. contracts are obtained for water and electricity, and licences and permits to enable you to trade are applied for through the relevent authorities. We also provide contacts for breweries and wholesale suppliers that are essential to the day to day running of your new business.

We are not just another estate agency, although we do transfer already established businesses.

WE BUILD and MORE

Tell us what particular business you want to start and the area where you want to trade. We will find the premises do all necessary building work including the plumbing and electrical work to Spanish standards. We decorate and supply all furniture and machinery required, in full consultation with you at every step, until it is completed to your satisfaction and ready to open with all licenses and permits relative to YOUR business. This is followed by our after sales service.
